What data do we collect?

When you use the email alert or community feature, we store:

• Your email address and the confirmation, unsubscribe and community access tokens
• Your pass selection (Silver and/or Gold)
• Your registration time and, for community submissions, the name, title, text, moderation status and submission time

What do we use the data for?

We use this data to confirm your registration, send your selected availability alerts through Brevo SMTP, and moderate and publish community submissions. Brevo processes your email address and technical delivery data for this purpose. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or send newsletters. Data is disclosed only to the processors named here or when required by law.

Tracking, cookies and analytics

This website uses no user tracking, cookies, advertising analytics or fingerprinting. For operation and security, the web server records technical access logs containing the IP address, date and time, requested address, HTTP method and status, and, where available, the referrer and user agent. These logs are not used for advertising or user profiles.

Availability data

We retain the results of our 15-minute availability checks for no more than five years so seasonal patterns can be shown. This data contains no personal information.

Deletion

Registration data and community submissions are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email; your alert data and linked community submissions are then deleted. Unconfirmed registrations are not used to send alerts. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

Hosting

This website and its database run on a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany; Hetzner processes the server data required for this service. The access log rotates at 10 MB and no more than three archives are retained alongside the active file, so its retention period depends on traffic volume. Email is sent through Brevo as the SMTP provider; the provider’s contractual and statutory retention periods also apply.
